v To proclaim the GOOD news of the Bible, that our risen Lord is ALIVE and wants to have a relationship with each of us, His children.

v To PRAISE and GLORIFY Him for all good gifts we receive.

v To aid one another and all peoples throughout the whole of the Earth by sharing those good gifts.

v To display understanding of others all the while standing on the firm foundation of Faith.

v To seek mysteries wherever they reside for the benefit of His people, always acknowledging His authorship.

v To understand our human weakness, yet resolutely seek to be as was His son; perfect in Love, a peacemaker, a healer, and a teacher.

From downtown Wilmington, at the junction of Water and Baltimore (IL Rte. 53) streets, proceed east on Baltimore 2 blocks. Turn left (north) and go 2 blocks. The First Presbyterian Church is located at the corner of Van Buren and Kankakee Streets, across from the old Booth Central grade school.
